這家店是攜程一個店家説超定，短期內隨便找了這家，三層的民宿類房子，還算乾淨，門口店家會佔個不收費車位，店家幫拿行李到房，價格很低，3個成人正好住下，作為臨時一天能免費停車的三人間，走路二分鐘到大街上，走路景區可能十五分鐘內，一路熱鬧也不覺遠，性價比不錯值得推薦，唯一，還是建議衞生間裝個門吧。

床墊嚴重變形了，睡完腰痠背痛的，不會再住。設施太簡陋各種破，衞生收拾的也不好，廁所反味。

真的是ㄧ分錢ㄧ分貨，
建議大家選其他平價旅宿，才不會破壞旅遊心情。
出門在外，無論是多少錢的旅宿，旅人都希望至少能夠被合理的對待，若設施差，只願意以品質低劣的手法經營，也要秉持良知，放上現今時況照片給客人參考，而不是放上多年以前曾經的照片）
其實我們原本訂三天，準備在錦溪好好玩，但第一天到的時候是晚上，入口處窄又難找，好不容易找到連繫上，但這間旅宿為了省电把公共地區關燈，完全讓旅客摸黑進門
感覺真是超差，加上上樓木梯又抖又高，非常危險！
ㄧ上樓打開房間更是傻眼，黴位很重，窗無法開
所有設施非常陳舊，隔壁隔音也差……
重點是，床雖大但非常硬，床單汚汚的還有汚漬……
說真的，當下若不是時間已晚上了，加上我白天遊玩太累
我連ㄧ刻都不會願意待（寫了真實評論老闆不思檢討感覺還兇得很，頻頻傳訊來理論，真是的……）
我只是真實說出自己的體驗，若得罪店家也無奈
只是希望提供其他旅人參考，
總之，在大陸自助行遊玩期間，我也常找平價旅宿結省旅遊經費，但真的沒住過這樣的。

客棧位於錦溪鎮中心位置，出去玩生活都很便利。客棧叫做陸家大院，大户人家，門口是一條河道，小橋流水人家，風景優美。進入大院後就是花園，主人種了很多花花草草，在這裏可以感受到生活的閑暇與慢節奏。房間我住的是暖陽大床房，陽光非常好，住在這裏靜享鄉村的慢生活，很舒適～❤

客棧乾淨衞生整潔離車站也不遠、去古鎮也方便、空氣也好、適合小住幾日，周邊環境安靜、有一條小河、也非常宜人、老闆娘熱情耐心

房間特別乾淨衞生，老闆娘説怕別人弄得不乾淨都是自己打掃的沒有外包給其他公司，旁邊還有一條河，河畔人家的生活，挺寧靜悠遠。晚上還很安靜好評！

總體還是不錯的。節假日在古鎮能夠這樣價位的民宿，感覺還可以了。雖然位置有點偏，但是去古鎮也沒有多遠，走個四百多米就進入核心景區。
