店家的三個問題：
1.強制收取空調費
2.平台宣傳圖片與實時環境不符

我是過來旅遊的 在攜程定好到酒店後前台就跟我講要強制收十元空調使用費，我就説 我不付可以嗎 之前訂酒店沒有一家跟我要空調使用費的 她説不行 是必須要收取的 每個人都要收 我就説空調不開不行嗎，前台還是説必須收取 然後我讓她帶我看看我訂的房間 過去之後看到真實環境跟我在攜程上看到的“普通空調房”圖片完全不一樣，就是那種破破爛爛臟兮兮的（忘了拍照了）我跟他講 你們這跟圖片上的完全不符啊，她説“圖片上是攜程隨機放置的”攜程上的那個圖片是一百三的 恩？？攜程會隨機設定你房間的真實環境？搞笑呢？？
然後我就説 不住了 我走出門口後前台就沖我説：“可以 空調費你可以不付 看到晚上你能不能受得了”
恩？？！！？？威脅我？？ 我沒理他 直接走了 在平台取消訂單 但是被店家駁回了 之後我投訴到攜程客服 他們核實之後説：
1.“商家的住宿環境攜程不能幹預 衹能是商家設定”
2.空調費屬於違規收取
3.威脅客户坐實
確實是店家問題 後給我補償房費67元
説我可以繼續住那間房子 但我説 環境太差不想住了
又重新定了一家
額外主動補償20元 但這件事跟攜程沒有多大關係 全是商家的問題

房間衞生很差，訂的豪華大床房1.8米的大床，老闆給我住的是1.5米的床，説是換1.8米的可以要加10元空調費，訂單上寫的空調免費的，臨時加價，***，房間蚊子太多了，床單黃色的東西一片一片的，超級差評，不會再去，垃圾旅館

非常辣雞房間有一股異味插頭充了一晚上電早上起床發現沒有電。穿單被動一股異味還臟空調出來的風有發黴的味道 前台給的熱水也不乾淨喝完第二天肚子疼 勸大家避雷太辣雞了
