坐落離千燈古鎮不遠，周圍有居民區，相應的有餐飲和一家超市，葯店。停車是和附近的尚客優共享一個地面停車場。車位數量在五六十左右。
房間分佈極為複雜，彎彎繞繞找房間比較容易迷路。房間隔音一般，電視沒有投屏。浴室是玻璃的，可以拉簾子遮擋。特大床其實是兩張標床合併，所以中間部分會低凹，且一個床頭沒有插座。看樣子是標間改造所以為什麼衞生間要搞透明的？
早飯19一位沒有嘗試。
