Kunshan is spread over a large area, so it's hard to say whether this hotel is central or not. Nevertheless. it is a relatively short walk to a sizeable shopping centre and not far from other restaurants and shops. Service and breakfast were fine, in accordance with the price, however, we were most disappointed that the pool was not open. I appreciate that many hotel pools have not reopened since the pandemic, but clients should be made aware of this since the outdoor pool was one of our principal reasons for booking this hotel.

Great thanks for Andy's recommendations. The family room is suitable for three of us. It's so continent to the customers' company. Breakfast is also great!

Breakfast was decent. Price is also reasonable. Only downside is that the sheets smells like damp cloth. Need to have some air fresheners for the bed sheets and pillow. The hotel is not hard to locate just a little be far from the malls and train station. Overall my stay was pleasant and comfortable.
