Fairmont Yangcheng Lake

Seeing that I brought my parents and their family of three, Miss Yang Jiayu (Cookie) helped us upgrade to a suite, which was facing Yangcheng Lake, with a great view. In addition, she gave us three breakfasts. When I checked out, she came again. Seeing me sitting and waiting for the car, she came to ask if the deposit had been received. Thank you very much. She also said that an extra bed could be added to the room for free. Later, my parents said that they didn't need it, so they gave up. But this shows that Xiao Yang is very thoughtful, and I praise her again. The room is very spacious and bright. If you need anything, they will deliver it immediately with a phone call. You can eat takeout or eat in their Chinese/Western restaurants. After dinner, you can take a walk around Yangcheng Lake. There are not many people and the air is good. Oh, by the way, we also enjoyed afternoon tea, which was also great! Although we only stayed for one night, all the brothers and sisters were very kind, including someone helping to take the luggage when we got off the car. It was a very considerate five-star service. I also want to thank Ms. Sammi. She added my WeChat to serve me before I arrived at the hotel. She answered all my questions and had a super good attitude. All in all, I am very satisfied with this stay. I will recommend my relatives and friends to stay in your hotel if I have the chance.

This is my second time staying at Fairmont. The service is still excellent, thoughtful and meticulous. Special thanks to the manager Sammi, who contacted me the day before check-in and asked us what time we would arrive and what our room requirements were. She explained the activities and precautions in the hotel very carefully and patiently. It was very heartwarming! I will definitely come again when I have time!
