It’s not the first time I stay in this hotel:
- Convenient location;
- Professional crew (special thanks to David Wei, working on front desk - very helpful);
- Neat interior;
- Big rooms with everything you need for comfortable staying;
- Nice city view;
- Room has a exercise bike, so no need to go to gym outside.

We spend New Year’s Eve on this hotel 2023, they were very welcoming and can speak English. The room is spacious and comfortable it has everything you need in a hotel room. They welcomed us with fruits which was nice. It very kids friendly and easy find from a subway (Xiuyi) about 370m. We had lovely time swimming, playing, taking pictures and eating good food🎊🎆🎉🤗.

It was pretty clean, comfortable, excellent customer service, enjoyed the indoor pool and gym, it was perfect.

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play.
Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

Room has a bad smell, might be coming from the pipe or there was another door inside the room which is locked.
The glass door of Bathroom is broken so that water will come out during shower.

I had a wonderful time there, my husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel was kind enough to give us an upgraded room with a bottle of red and excellent follow through service. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were amazing also. The pool was not what we expected so we didn't use it but everything else was truly excellent from check in to check out...would definitely do it again!

Hands down the best hotel in Kunshan.
Delicious breakfast and lunch buffet, nice swimming pool and spa facilities. Staff also super friendly.
Would for sure stay here again.
