I was impressed with the room at the hotel. It was so spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The assor**ent of food at the hotel was also really good. There were so many Chinese and Western choices. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Kunshan.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel.
On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional.
The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room.
It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual.
The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

This is the best in Kunshan Development zone. Clean and elegant lobby. The park beside the hotel is always refreshing.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. I will stay at this hotel when I visit Kunshan again.

The food in the Chinese restaurant was great! The other restaurants did not have all options available. The service was okay but not very foreigner friendly. The facilities were underwhelming but a very nice hotel.

The waiter greeted me when I entered the hotel. I felt very comfortable. The front desk service was also very good. I didn't want to go downstairs during my stay, so I ordered takeout and it was delivered to me. It is worth recommending. I will stay here again next time.

Every time I go to Kunshan, I will choose Jinling Hotel. It has convenient transportation, elegant environment, and is surrounded by parks and lakes. You can go for a walk after a good meal. The room is clean and comfortable, with dry and wet separation. The service attitude is very good. It is a non-smoking floor. Opposite is the lake view, with a wide view and very comfortable. I booked a room with a buffet dinner, which is very cost-effective. The dinner also gave me a butter-baked small green dragon.
