I was impressed with the room at the hotel. It was so spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The assortment of food at the hotel was also really good. There were so many Chinese and Western choices. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Kunshan.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel.
On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional.
The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room.
It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual.
The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

A great experience, five-diamond hotel facilities and services, three-star conscience price 👍🏻👍🏻 We stayed on the 19th floor with a good view, and the whole Kunshan New City was in full view. Opposite is the Kunshan Convention and Exhibition Center, and not far from Huiju Night Market Baodao Village. A good place for the family to eat, shop and relax.
