The owner told me I couldn't check into the room I paid for but he took me to another homestay right on the water. It was a weird experience but I guess it was an upgrade? The owners were accommodating and nice. Lots of bugs, however.

The floor leather looks a bit old, and I am cautious with mysophobia. However, the cost performance is very high, less than 100, which is not more extravagant in the ancient town.
