這次住了四個晚上，很吵，基本上每次換房都有問題，要麼電話壞的，要麼冷氣壞的，上午十點多退房時順便續住説幫忙打掃房間， 然後沒下文，到下午一點多我親自去櫃枱催，直到傍晚六點多才來打掃，跟櫃枱反應，也只是敷衍的説幫忙反應，好歹也是連鎖店，失望！

房間很寬敞，乾淨衞生，房間設施很好，網絡也挺快的，4樓有洗衣機，還能快速洗衣服。早餐還可以，菜品也蠻多的，設施也很好。酒店還提供免費停車，前台辦理速度蠻快的。

這次旅行是上海崑山無錫的行程 崑山這個漢庭酒店服務很不錯 衞生和理想的是一樣的 性價比很高 100多一晚春節期間三人入住很划算很舒服房型面積不算很大但足矣 當晚是迎財神爺所以很多鞭炮聲 機器人送餐也很可愛

幫別人代訂的，房間空間佈局合理，面積大，大床房有陽台可以看到外面的風景。有洗衣機，有早餐，房間網絡速度快，設施不錯，適合商務出差，還能延遲退房，推薦！
