Great location- at the end of zhouzhuang where it nice, quiet and calm.
Great service- very friendly and warm staffs offer pick up and laundry
Delicious food - offer western and Chinese breakfast. The drink at the cafe is amazing.

The room is new and very clean. The items used in the room are higher quality than standard. Staffs were super friendly and willing to help. Recommend for staying here.

Very stylish boutique hotel inside the Ancient Town with high-quality beauty products and comfy beds.
Very friendly & accommodating staff who tried to fulfill all wishes reg. breakfast (Western & Asian options) and offered pick-up/drop-off with golfcart.
Delicious coffee & great terrace. Recommended!

Our time at Hotel Zhaoye was lovely! The homestay staff were kind, communicative, and accommodating. They offered Chinese and Western breakfast options, including meatless options for vegetarians. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The location of the homestay was perfect for those visiting Zhaozhuang. The staff recommended local restaurants and activities. It was easiest to communicate via Weixin/Wechat or in-person. Would recommend!

很滿意的民宿。無論裝修設計還是人情服務，都是我心目里民宿的第一檔。房間乾淨整潔，包括露天的陽台椅子也有擦過。衞浴全套科勒，淋浴意外用了漢斯格雅，床墊沒細看，感覺也是金可兒一檔，比較舒服。地理位置很好，距離雙橋步行3分鐘吧，可以徜徉坐在橋頭一直到晚上九點，看着遊船徐徐散去，再回去也不晚。説回民宿服務，管家很熱情有温度，能做到這點並不多。一句話，下次還來周莊，再見。

出差路過蘇州，入住 照也 體驗感還是很ok的，小姐姐很温柔，服務很周到，因為第二天還要開車十二個小時，小姐姐還給我們打包了兩杯咖啡☕，和一些吃的。送我們到停車場！整體感覺還是有被暖到！ 蘇州周莊古鎮，因為時間匆忙，所以也沒逛完，還是會再來的！希望下一次見面。
