Incredibly friendly staff!! Location is super close to Kunshan South railway which I why I stayed here, and the hotel seems relatively new and modern. Certainly would stay again if in Kunshan!

The front desk service was very good, considerate and polite, and they even helped me upgrade my room! The room is spacious and bright, with large windows for ventilation, and it is cool even without air conditioning. The overall design is very good, and I really like the style and color of the decoration.

The room was large and clean. The front desk staff was very kind. I left a piece of clothing in the room and asked them to send it back for me.

It was my first time staying at the 🍊 hotel. The experience was great. The front desk guys and girls were very friendly and provided first-class service. We originally booked a standard room, but when we checked in, they saw that we had children and upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was bright, clean, warm and comfortable. They also sent welcome fruit. It was a great stay. I'll come again if I have the chance!

The room is clean and hygienic, with a large space. It is quite clean. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The space is quite large, and the bed is also large. It is a large single bed that is rarely found in Kunshan. It is comfortable and loose for me and my child to lie down. The front desk lady is warm, thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast is rich, hygienic and exquisite. I like the large lawn and pool in front of this store. It is a good place for the elderly to do morning exercises. It is pleasing to the eye to watch in the room.

The hotel is good, clean, and the rooms are bigger than those in other Orange hotels. It is also quite new and quiet at night. I will stay here again next time. The pillows are also good.

The room was very clean, and there was a coffee machine on the first floor, and oranges were available for pick-up. The oranges were very sweet and fresh. There was Xiaodu in the room, which was very convenient. I still missed Xiaodu after changing to another hotel.
