It's a normal hotel, you have to go up two stairs to get to the room
The rooms are close together, so the soundproofing is average. It's only a five or six minute walk from the train station, so you can hear the sound of the train.
The room is generally clean, and the air conditioning and hot water facilities are fine (the largest shower head in the king-size room is leaking a little, the boss should remember to repair it)
The main attraction is that it is very convenient to take the train to Suzhou for sightseeing. The price is also reasonable.
