The hotel lobby was pleasant, with a reading corner. We were given a free room upgrade; the room was clean, spacious and had a huge firm bed (good back support). There is even a tea brewing set in-room. Our main gripe was this building seems to be shared with other hotels/offices so the lifts were a little run down and took a long time to arrive at our floor (we stayed at level 25). Overall, this place is quite value-for-money, comfortable, and had ample space in room to open 3-4 big luggages. However, if you’re rushing to catch a didi etc, do allocate a few more minutes for the lift to arrive at your floor.

The room is really big, super big, and it was a great stay! But the western restaurant is not open, so you can only have breakfast. The lobby bar is also not open. Guests staying in the hotel can only soak in the hot spring once, and you will be charged if you go again. In fact, the hot spring area is very small, the water temperature is not high, and there are many mosquitoes. I soaked for an hour and got five mosquito bags. The hot spring experience is very poor! The service is also hard to describe. There is no children's bathrobe in the parent-child room. The hair dryer in the bathroom can't dry long hair at all. The wind is small and it will automatically cut off the power protection. You have to wait 10 minutes before you can use it again. It is recommended to replace it. You can't get Wyndham member points, which is not good! In the end, the check-out was extended for one hour, which was okay. Anyway, I won't stay again!
