The location is very convenient for our last day stay in Kunming and the staff offered to arrange free shuttle bus transportation to the airport on the day we checked in. In the morning, they will call the room early to wake us up and ensure we are on time. The shuttle bus is only a 15min ride to the airport and was convenient to ensure we were early for our flight. The staffs also helped me keep my parcel before I arrive in the hotel. The amenities are sufficient and the room is clean and spacious. Will really recommend this hotel to everyone who’s staying one night before departing from Kunming Changshui International Airport.

Everything was OK, but the breakfast was nothing special. The condiments on the Yunnan rice noodles are all made from royal ingredients, which is very disappointing. When we checked in that day, because we only had one breakfast voucher in our room, and another guest was willing to give the breakfast voucher to our room because he had to catch the high-speed train early in the morning, the service staff found various reasons to stop it. Hotel receptionists are friendly and helpful, they shared the direction how to go tourists places and recommended one day tour. Cafe also provided nice breakfast and keep asking us if to add on more foods. Thanks for the washing machine and dryer, function well too. But the hotel signboard is not so obvious and cannot be found on the spot until we reached at the corner and saw it. Power points in the rooms quite few only and one side is faulty so better to monitor and replace new. Overall the room and hotel services is still not bad.
