We originally booked a loft duplex room, but it was not convenient to go up and down the stairs with children. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady took the initiative to notice our needs and enthusiastically helped to upgrade to a more spacious flat family room (and quietly gave two sets of children's slippers and toys!). The room was very cozy and the bath water was very comfortable. I also want to praise the human touch of the service: proactively asking about the baby's age, recommending nearby parent-child restaurants (the children's meals and toys upstairs in Wuyue Plaza across the street are superb), and helping to carry the luggage to the car when leaving. This price and service are worth recommending. I will come back for this thoughtfulness next time. I sincerely recommend it to families with children❤️

Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Nice hot shower and separate Japanese style automatic bidet toilet. Hotel is in a good central area, close to Nanping Walking Street shopping area and not too far from Dongfeng Metro station. A good International breakfast is available for an additional cost per person per day. Hotel staff were helpful and responsive and were able to communicate with us via translation app. We noticed our original room was a bit smokey and the staff immediately offered to move us to a new room.
