Hotels in Harbin Railway Station/Gogol Street/The first affiliated hospital of H, Harbin

Think this is a 4-5 stars hotel locally. The lobby is decent, not posh type. The rooms are cosy and beautiful. Kids like the kids room, toys and the sport car bed. All toiletries are provided and have kids version. Very thoughtful. Have a welcome fruits n snacks platters with high class mineral water. One thing we didn’t like about the hotel is it has a weird smell when we stepped out of the lift and walked towards our room. Like ‘salted fish’ smell. Not sure if it is from carpet or some food brought in by others. The smell was also in our room. The hotel is at a busy road junction facing Songhua River. Around there are many local eateries. We had a hard time finding suitable food for us and kids as their local food are mostly beef, lamb and duck innards and spicy. End up we took a taxi and went to a restaurant called Sheng Tian Fu, recommended by the driver. Taxi drivers not many are familiar with this hotel, and have to show them namecard. Not too difficult to get to attractions such as Harbin Polarpark, Sofia church and Zhongyang Street. More convenient to travel by taxi as these places are not exactly very near hotel and it can be cold walking a distance of 1-2km. Hotel provides decent breakfast with reasonable variety. Waitresses are friendly and proactive to chat with you and recommend you what to eat. One of them is called Xiao Liu, nice middle-age lady. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and may go back if we go to Harbin again and if the pricing of hotel is cheaper.

The hygiene is very good, it is cleaned every day, but the toiletries are not provided in time. After staying for four days, there was nothing on the first day. I went downstairs and asked for a toothbrush. The next day, a toothbrush, shower cap, comb care package was placed in the bathroom. There was nothing on the third day, and a full set was replenished on the fourth day. Is this replenished every other day? The room is very warm, even if the air conditioner is not turned on, it is very hot. The old house is renovated, the voltage of the socket is unstable, and the power will trip when charging. The air is dry and the room is equipped with a humidifier.

The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and warm, and the service was very good. When I checked in, I booked a windowless room thinking I would stay for a few hours to catch my flight. Unexpectedly, I was upgraded to a room with a window. Thank you very much. The price of the room is reasonable. Mainly It is very close to the airport bus station, and it is also near Harbin Station. It is recommended for guests who want to take the train to Harbin Station and those who want to check in at various attractions. It is very nice to stay at his house, which is very convenient by car.

Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The subway entrance is just outside the door. It is super comfortable and convenient for traveling in the cold and cold Erbin~ The room is clean and tidy and has everything you need. My room has very good lighting. It is sunny and I can feel the bright sunshine in the northeast. The waiters at the hotel were very enthusiastic and recommended many delicious and fun places~ This store is great👍👍👍👍👍

The room is very warm and cozy. It has a large flower quilt with Northeastern characteristics. The sound insulation is also very good. I can sleep soundly at night. There is also a free breakfast buffet on the third floor in the morning, and the service attitude is very good. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the Workers' Cultural Palace subway station, which is quite convenient. I stored my luggage for free after check-out. If I have the chance, I will recommend it to my friends.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.

Good location (15 minutes walks to Temple of Heaven). The included breakfast was quite good, especially the yoghurt. The accessories given in the room were very cute. The facilities are new and well-maintained. Overall very good experience staying there.

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.
