住昆明財盛街這家民宿，有驚喜也有小遺憾。位置離地鐵遠，不太好找，但前台熱情積極。閣樓卧室寬敞，被子潔凈，浴室暖氣足，住着超舒服。雖説尋路費了點神，可整體性價比高，還是值得推薦。在金鷹國際購物中心附近。

房東服務到位，空間開敞，位置方便，但是隔音不好尤其是樓上loft的鑄鐵旋轉樓梯踩踏噪音非常嚴重，連續兩晚到凌晨三四點才睡着，退房時遇到電梯滿載5次經我樓層不停，導致錯過滴滴司機，差點高鐵沒趕上。這兩點導致整個入住體驗打對摺。客觀評價，希望房東能夠改善，謝謝。

窗子壞的，還有一個小屋居然是倉庫，裏面亂七八糟門開着，看着都覺得恐怖，門口燈更奇葩，是感應燈，如果不動一下子就滅了，非常麻煩，還有一個衣架都沒有
