Nice and big room. Decent location. Very close to kunming east station (which was what I wanted). But an hour away from the city center.

The staff were not helpful when we asked to heat up some take away food, they ignored the request, they also didn’t seem experienced, it took 3 of them to help us check in and it took 20 minutes, choose a better place

The sanitation and location are quite good, but the hotel entrance is not easy to find. The reception is at the back of the building. The facilities and equipment are in place, but the voltage is a bit unstable, and all the equipment tends to trip after being turned on.

The room is quite clean, and there is air conditioning, but it is not cold at night. The sound insulation is average. The front desk is very friendly and can solve any problems in time. We booked a special king-size bed room, which is a bit small, but there is nothing we can do about the price.
