I was worried that the hotel would be too big and the service would be poor, but I was able to rest well in a very comfortable and pleasant environment. It is located close to Kunming Station, so transportation is also very convenient.

The facilities are highly intelligent, the curtains are all electronically controlled, and the bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas. The hotel is very cost-effective. This is my second stay. There is construction next to the hotel, and the restaurant is under renovation this time.

The appearance of the hotel and the rooms are relatively beautiful, the indoor facilities are complete and easy to use, there is an intelligent system, the bedding is very new, and the Dream Lily mattress and pillows are comfortable for sleep. Breakfast is rich in nutrients, and soy milk and milk are delicious. The hotel's service is warm and thoughtful. I stored my luggage here for more than ten days after leaving Kunming.

The room is old and cheap. The window screen is broken. I opened the window and was bitten by mosquitoes that kept me awake all night. How much is a screen worth? I don't understand why it is not repaired or replaced. The waiter uses the room card to open the door and clean the room early every morning, regardless of whether there is anyone in the room. This is very embarrassing and makes you feel unsafe when staying. Apart from the relatively cheap price, there's not much else to look forward to.

I never give negative reviews, but you guys really disappointed me and made me so angry. If it weren't for the fact that I had to take my child to the hospital the next day, I would have to call you to scold you. What online cinema? What numbers are on the wall? There is a charge for children to watch cartoons. Is there a TV in the room that serves as an online cinema? When I ordered it, I thought it was at least a projection. The hotel registration hall (main building) has a good environment. I took the room card and arranged to stay in the east building. This building is relatively old, the facilities are average, and one of the two main elevators is broken. I didn't know how to get to the 7th floor, so I contacted the front desk, and a young man led me to another more hidden elevator (similar to the elevator used by the staff). In short, it is very different from the expected value (the online reviews are good).
