The front desk service is super good. Every receptionist is very warm and friendly. It's great!!! The hotel hygienic lady also keeps it very clean. The location is very convenient to go everywhere. The subway station is nearby. The breakfast is also good! I have fallen in love with Kunming because of this hotel.

The room is not big but it is still ok. If there are two people and two medium-sized luggages, it is recommended to choose a larger room. The massage chair is unexpectedly comfortable. I have to give special praise to the cleaning lady; she really cleaned my room carefully. The second and third days of my stay were very clean, even the hair on the floor was gone. Another thing worth mentioning is the clothes drying platform on the top floor, which is nice, but when my clothes were still drying, the hotel staff were smoking there in groups of three or five. I think they are a bit stupid or they just don't care. 🤷🏻♀️
