This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Kunming, no doubt about it. The surrounding environment is very quiet and healing. The hygiene and service are also quite good. If I hadn't made an appointment with friends, I really didn't want to leave the hotel.

From Lijiang to Dali to Kunming, this is the worst hotel I stayed in. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, and there is no shuttle bus from the bottom of the mountain to the hotel. The hotel told me that if I want to use a car, I can call a car myself or the hotel has a car that is not for picking up guests, but this car is for the hotel and will not pick up on time. Everyone knows what it means. Then when I checked in, the hotel told me that breakfast was from 8:30 to 10:00, and our flight the next day was at 9:40, so I was told that I could not have breakfast and only had airplane meals. After five minutes of negotiation and communication with the front desk, the front desk reluctantly informed us that breakfast would be delivered to our room at 8 o'clock. We also argued for the hotel breakfast. At this time, we did not feel the service attitude and service details that the hotel should have! After entering the room, it should be said that this room is really big, so big that the shower room and the toilet are two meters away. But such a big room has no TV and the facilities are old. The temperature in Kunming at night was already over 10 degrees, and it was raining again. The room was empty. When we took a shower, we wanted to turn on the hot air, but after a long time, we only got cold air and dehumidification. We called the front desk to ask how to adjust the hot air. After a long time, the housekeeper came and operated the sun logo there, and the warm air came out. I asked why I didn't press it, and the housekeeper didn't answer. At that time, I thought that my IQ was not online and it was so simple that I didn't understand it. After more than an hour, we felt that the temperature seemed to have dropped again. I looked at the ❄️ logo and it came out again. I tried for a long time, but the heating 🔆 didn't come out. I had to call the front desk again to ask the housekeeper to come and see. As a result, the housekeeper came this time, and he told me that the hotel was centrally air-conditioned and electric heating could be provided if it was cold. I asked if it was so cold, and now we need cooling? He said that some guests wanted cooling, and then he turned out an electric heater from the door for us. The electric heater 😓 for one night made me speechless at this price of the Mid-Levels Hotel! Then let me talk about the value-added services of this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at noon and the rice noodles were not made until 5 pm. I don't know if the fruit and sleep comfort night bed service were combined into one. I only received a plate of watermelon and small oranges. I called the front desk at around 7 am, but no one answered. The hotel experience for more than 1,600 yuan a night is really terrible! No service, no details, and even perfunctory!

The stay was very comfortable. The service was thoughtful. The breakfast was rich. It was close to the Expo Park. The lighting system in the room was a bit confusing. The luggage rack was too thin. Large luggage could only be placed on the floor. Hope it can be improved.

You can drink tea on the balcony in your spare time, which is very pleasant. It is said that the hotel was designed and built by a great designer, and all the items used are low-key and luxurious.
