酒店前台漂亮小姐姐辦理入住手續迅速且高效，很周到細心的服務。設施:酒店的設施齊全且高品質,衞生間的淋浴噴頭出水強勁且水温恆定，除此之外，酒店還配備了洗衣房、休息區可以充電喝咖啡，這些設施無論是在功能性還是舒適性上都無可挑剔，非常贊環境優雅，:地毯厚實柔軟，有效減少了腳步聲的幹擾。衞生:房間打掃的很乾凈，能看出來阿姨的細心周到，鏡子乾淨明亮，沒有水漬殘窗，馬桶潔白如新，洗漱台乾燥整潔。床單被罩，沒有任何異味或污潰。酒店管理非常專業，退房遺忘了衣服前台小姐姐還幫忙郵寄，不愧是連鎖品牌，值得信賴，點贊推薦給朋友們

退房的時候還有事，行李可以寄存在酒店，前台會細心的貼上標簽，不擔心行李會拿錯了，酒店服務人員超級好，進門辦入住會細心詢問，前台小姐姐很有耐心，酒店的前台有免費的咖啡可以喝，還有泡好的紅茶，不會用機器前台妹妹會幫忙打一杯，是雲南小粒咖啡，咖啡豆子很正宗，怕苦的還配備了白砂糖調味，適合我的口味。早餐也是自助餐的形式，炒菜水果，牛奶麪包都有，還有雲南特色的小鍋米線，總的來説很不錯的一家酒店。

停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適， 環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意 酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，前台服務好，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。

房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服!客房阿姨非常和善，基本是有求必應。酒店離景點也挺近的，總之是一次非常舒服的旅行，望有機會下次還能再來住!這邊位置優越，交通也便利，打車或者坐公交都很方便，打車距離海埂大壩景點十多分鐘的路程，現在這個季節 可以去看海鷗 海鷗很親人 拍照很出片，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度好，整體來説很是滿意的哦!還給我們送了伴手禮，反正入住的很舒適，環境也不錯，我個人非常喜歡的，如果有考慮來昆明玩玩的小夥伴們可以入住這裏喲，玩完了有一個舒適的休息環境會更加讓人愉悦的。酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也很好 會給我們推薦網紅打卡點，晚上去了南強夜市街，雲南本地的美食很多，拍照很好看很出片，酒店晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，早餐種類繁多味道也挺不錯的。客房阿姨服務非常好，主動，熱情，親和力很強。房間佈局合理，乾淨，無異味，床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快。早餐不錯，品種多，味道好，好評!好評！好評！

推薦入住他家，無論是從酒店裝修還是服務方面都推薦他家。酒店的裝修是商務型酒店，房間裝修風格簡約大方，房間空間也很合適，房間衞生乾淨舒適；前台服務熱情周到，從進門的問好和退房的禮貌道別都讓人感覺無比舒心，感覺就像回家一樣親切真的是如其名一樣的入住體驗。在酒店房間樓層上就可以看到西山特別是天氣好的時候可以看到絕美的落日晚霞和爽朗的藍天白雲，如此美景真的可以橫掃一切疲憊，他家還有38元一份的自助餐，早餐種類豐富。他家離火車站也很近打個車10多分鐘就到了，出差旅行真的推薦入住他家。

這個酒店性價比很高，中高端品牌酒店，關鍵前台小姐姐小哥哥服務態度真的很不錯，必須點贊，很熱情禮貌，每次進出門都是笑眯眯的跟我們打招呼，酒店每個角度的衞生都非常乾淨整潔，大廳簡約大氣，大廳還有現磨咖啡機，熱紅茶，糖果，房間裏面床也鋪得超級整齊，床品也很舒服，還有很大的全身鏡，高清電視可以投屏，看電影的既視感，衞生間很贊，乾濕分離！樓下就有吃的，對面的南悦城，樓下的小吃街，斜對面也有吃的，燒烤宵夜早點都很方便. 無計劃去衹要問前台都會推薦打卡地美食和路線攻略. 還有紙質地圖可以要一張，酒店可以免費停車，走的時候去前台錄入一下車牌就能出去，真的不要太方便啦！酒店26樓還有自助早餐，各式各樣都有一點，有當地特色小鍋米線牛奶，麪包，炒菜等，非常不錯點贊點贊～真的超級推薦.
