The laundry room is only open from 10 am to 10 pm. It is very inconvenient to do laundry. What pissed me off was when I went to clean up the next day. When I opened the bed quilt, I found that there was garbage and hair on it. I just want to ask how the garbage that can only be picked up by this kind of broom appears on the bed? How is it cleaned? [The above is from Vienna]. Then I traveled all night and made a reservation at Home Inn. Unexpectedly, it was in the same building and said to be the same owner. On the second day after checking into Home Inn, I discovered that there were pieces of paper that children played with in the teapot. In other words, I drank the tea and the paper together all night. It's really disgusting. After complaining, the front desk of Homeinns sent fruits and mugs, which was very nice. Home Inn and Vienna both have more than 200 rooms and are not very cheap hotels nor chain brands. I stayed for four nights in total. I hope more attention will be paid to the cleanliness of the guest rooms.

Some rooms are a bit old, but the front desk staff, including the floor cleaning staff, and the staff in the engineering department are all very good and considerate of the guests. I am very touched.
