I have stayed in almost all hotels in Kunming that are over 300, and none of them are as outrageous as yours. A hotel is first a place to sleep, and then other things. From the moment I entered the hotel, it was very noisy. There were people running around in the corridor in the middle of the night. At around 5 am, there were people arguing and shouting in the corridor. There was not even a manager. At around 7 am, the electric drill started upstairs, and then there were all kinds of knocking sounds. I called the front desk, and the front desk said that it was not us who were renovating, and we didn’t care. I am your customer, and I can’t get a good rest in your hotel, but you don’t care. I can only say that your service and environment don’t live up to your pricing! I will hate it for life!
