位置：海埂大壩邊上，打車方便，門口就有公交車站，觀光1號線可以到很多景點。馬路對面就是滇池步道，看日落、散步、小朋友玩耍都很愜意。
周邊環境：步行五分鐘有幾家餐廳，能滿足幾天的旅程，早餐都有供應，很喜歡“楊奶奶”的店。酒店叫外賣也方便，平均30分鐘，送到大廳。
房間：所見即所得，二樓“潮音”比較大，中意大陽台的房間。
公共區域：小朋友很喜歡樓下的花園，跟在老闆身後餵魚，晚上拉我在大廳沙發打牌，和老闆聊天，玩得不亦樂乎。
時值中秋，離開的時候老闆還送了雲腿月餅，女兒説，下次還要來找老闆玩。
很喜歡昆明的慢生活，十分推薦的客棧。

提前兩個月預訂的酒店，酒店位於滇池邊上的小區內，出小區過馬路上去便可站在滇池邊上，房間寬敞明亮，陽台很大，面向滇池，可惜有樹木遮擋，不能看到美麗風光，酒店後面有個佈局很好的小院，老闆熱情周到，酒店可惜沒有安裝電梯，酒店附近有美食街，美食街人氣很旺。

設施：房間是密碼鎖，面積有50平，衞生間乾濕分離，床品很舒服。陽台很大視野開闊
衞生：衞生很不錯
環境：在滇池邊，獨棟別墅。有安逸的院子
服務：服務超暖心，漂亮的老闆娘很温暖，待人真誠友善。
冬天來看海鷗，一定要住這裏。老闆還在不斷更新院子的裝修。期待再見面時的歡喜！

民宅改建，設施老舊。住二樓房間正對着一樓監控，毫無私隱。 蚊子很多且沒有防蚊措施，酒店紗窗有洞就用紙團堵住，條件惡劣。空調出風不行，房間很悶，需要通風，又不敢開紗窗。晚上從門縫溜進蚊子，圖2是實拍，蚊子被滅蚊器殺死掉在被子上。避雷！！！

對於客棧的標準來説，這個不錯了。老闆還在大力的改進中，這一片全部是別墅🏡羣，出門過馬路就是滇池，因為地理位置的原因，好多好多的客棧！老闆也很熱情！

店主很貼心，很有親和力，茶藝技術特別好，房間裏面的用品用的很好，房屋格局很好，可以在房間看滇池，五分鐘就能到滇池大壩
