Atour Hotel Economic Development Zone Kunming

After a busy day on business trip, the services provided by the hotel made me relax physically and mentally. There were free supper in the evening, which was very nice and the stay was very comfortable.

The environment is very good. There are heart-warming porridge and steamed buns when you arrive late at night. They are delicious. The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. The surrounding environment is especially suitable for running in the morning. The track and environment next to it are great🌹

I am satisfied with the sanitary environment and facilities. The only thing that makes me give a bad review is that the front desk acquiesced to the random parking of self-driving cars that arrived at the hotel late. The next morning I had to catch a high-speed train, but my car was stuck in traffic. The guy at the front desk asked me to wait a moment while he asked someone to move the car. But God knows how long it will take! I had no choice but to call a Didi and rush to the train station. I traveled in Yunnan for about ten days, driving myself and staying in hotels the whole time. I won’t talk about anything else, just compare Hilton Garden Inn and Atour, they have dedicated people on duty in their parking lots, what about you! I didn't argue with you guys too much early in the morning. I just hope that customers who choose to stay at this Atour hotel will think twice.
