小丽。和磊。和一were super helpful in assisting us all throughout our stays- they helped us in all our queries and resolved our personal issues, recommended where to dine local food since it was our first time in Kuming. Being a small but awesome team, they have made our stay so memorable that we have decided to cancel our other hotel stay and rebook our last leg enroute home with them again in 6 days time!
PS..we love the ornament plants in lobby and courtyard!

I’m in love with the design of the building. Staff service is very good, very helpful and very friendly. They will help u carry the bag go to your room during to there is no elevator in the hotel. Their breakfast provided few choices (not buffet style). Breakfast is delicious and big portion. Room provided humidifier and heater and kids toothbrush. We enjoyed so much with the stay.

An extremely comfortable stay with great interior decor (as pictured in hotel description), experiences (calligraphy, afternoon tea), amenities (phone charging cables, all toiletries, chinese tea set with tea leaves in-room, etc.) and service! Staff went the extra mile to arrange packed breakfast and assist with luggage with our early checkout at 3.30am! Hotel was well located within 20min walk to Nanping Pedestrian St and Kunming Old St, etc. with several food options around as well!

Good initiative on the part of hotel to provide flower vase when the reception saw me brought a bouquet of flower back to the hotel. Room is spacious and clean.

Hotel is very in nice location. Peaceful like oasis of city. Just few mins walk, we can reach the market and shops. Hotel is in nice settings. Service is excellent. All staffs are eager to help us. Even we stay only one night, we think of revisit this hotel again if we have chance to back to Kunming again.
One more thing, I appreciate the help of staff guy who sent us off at private transfer. He helped us arranging luggages until we were all set.

Location is very strategic and only 15 minutes walk from Nanqiang night market. If you're taking a cab, you can inform them to pick you up from the kfc which is just 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Beside the hotel is a big banyan tree and there's a steamboat shop nearby which is crowded at night. The rooms were very clean and the staff were super helpful all the time and tried their best in making sure we had the most comfortable stay especially when the weather is so cold.

Love the decor and great service.
Problem with lack of English at front desk. Nice touch to provide desserts and tea - although w didn’t take any.
Breakfast was superb and they got everything ready at 7am for us
Note- Car can’t stop in front of hotel, need to walk about 50m
There is no elevator

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, greeting me warmly and offering assistance whenever needed. I also appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, tea, biscuits, and candies. The breakfast, hi-tea, and supper were absolutely delicious. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a wonderful experience.
