Perfect place to stay and I get room upgrade for free!
The only bad thing is they don’t have laundry machine so quite expensive to wash outside

What a gem! Loved this hotel, the style and attention to detail are fantastic.
It is tucked away from the road so there is no horrible traffic noise.
Comfortable bed, projector instead of TV and a beautiful bath tub.
We only had breakfast once, we were late so given toast, eggs and coffee which was appreciated.
Staff were very quiet but also helpful and polite.

Maybe the best Service that i have ever experienced . We have made a wechat group and the hotel stuff was always ready to reply every of my question, helped with locations in the city , even told me the location of H&M :)
About the hotel: I SLEPT WELL (what is not usual in a hotel) The walls are thick so u never hear someone aisle. Bed is the perfect softness , mattresses are new, pillows too! The amenities of the hotel are in a very cool retro style. The Wai Mai ( food delivery) is very quick to this location.
My overall experience of this hotel is five star ⭐️ I repeat again the most important thing that you need from a hotel is a good well rested night sleep and you get it here, i have stayed 8 nights !

The nicest hotel in Kunming , the staff goes the extra mile. My wife bought flowers and unbeknownst to us the AYI found a vase and put the flowers in the vase....

I traveled to Yunnan with my friends and stopped in Kunming, so I stayed here for a few days and had some fun. I booked this hotel that is close to Cuihu Park and can be cycled. The overall feeling is average.
It is a place similar to a factory, so cars cannot enter and you have to push the suitcase for a few minutes. The road signs are not very obvious. It is not easy to find when you arrive at night. I hope it can be improved.
There are still steps all the way to the lobby, which is not very friendly to friends with large luggage. The front desk has no awareness of helping with luggage. It is troublesome to go up and down the stairs to find the room.
The room is very small. There is no place to walk after putting the suitcase.
The public area of this hotel is better than the room. The room feels casual, but the cost performance is OK for travel... But there are some hidden dangers in safety issues! ! The cat's eye is very loose, it is easy to fall off and people outside can see into the room, and there is no lock, which is very dangerous.
There are only bread and eggs for breakfast. It is recommended that everyone go out for breakfast
