Good hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean, the towel was bit old as the edges were worn out. But it was clean and white and wrapped in plastic. So no issue using it. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Heating was good.

Arrived late to the hotel for check in and the staff doesn't look very welcoming? Check in process was quick. That's that. This hotel feels like in the middle of no where, only near metro.
I like the room design. Separate door to the toilet and shower room, consistent hot water during showering, sealed and clean tower, dehumidifier (it's really a thoughtful touch for the dryness in the winter!) and fluffy bed. Not a fan of the lighting because it was a bit too dim for my liking. Limited tv channels (all local program) and most of them required payment to watch. I didn't get to check out the facilities because I only stay for a day.

Good location, very close to the subway entrance. The front desk service attitude is positive. Help with luggage and take the initiative to pour hot tea. Very considerate. The room is clean and spacious. I will come again next time
