I stayed in the hotel for four days because I was studying in Kunming. Overall, I felt satisfied. Miss Tang at the front desk upgraded our room, and Ms. Cui patiently solved the problem for us. Overall, it felt very warm and the room facilities were spacious.

The hygiene has been so bad for a long time. There are fireworks on the bedsheets. There is a smell of sweat. The toilet smells like urine. The air conditioner is turned on at 19 degrees and cannot cool down the whole night. The sound insulation is almost non-existent. It looks glamorous from the outside, but it’s really ordinary inside.
