1. The front desk staff were very helpful; we arrived at midnight, and he was still able to provide us with excellent service.
2. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.
3. Nanping Street and Shuncheng Street are conveniently located just across from the hotel.
4. We received a flower cake as a complimentary gift after checking out.

Had a great experience staying here! The location is superb and what’s even more amazing is their customer service. Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️

Room was pretty big and they provided more than enough bottled water for us. Loved that there were 2 full sized toilet rolls in the bathroom (very strange thing to be excited about but I noticed that many accommodations in Yunnan only provide a super small roll of toilet paper per room). However, cleanliness can be improved; there were brown stains in the bathroom floor. Also, the basin on the left had a clean stream from its tap while the other sink’s tap was slightly wonky (untamed water that’ll splash around) so we ended up using just one basin.
Breakfast was a set meal - not sure how to feel about this given the room is more than SGD100/night. Western breakfast isn’t good, can skip. At this price point, I reckon there could be other accommodations with better breakfast offerings.
Service was fantastic - the staff were always willing to assist in any way and greeted you warmly whenever you arrive/leave the hotel.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Babymoon Hotel in Kunming Old Street, and I am thoroughly impressed! Their hospitality exceeded all my expectations. The room was impeccably clean, setting a new standard for my experiences in China.
The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to go the extra mile to assist. The hotel's location is perfect, with shopping and eateries just a short walk away.
I highly recommend staying at the Babymoon Hotel if you're visiting Kunming. You won't be disappointed!

Family room offers toys to entertain the kids and free popcorn, tea and coffee machine is available near front desk for guests to help themselves to the items. 6 type of set meal for Breakfast to select from. Staffs are helpful in fulfilling guest requests.

My family stayed at Babymoon Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. We were very satisfied with the service. The front-desk lady and hotel staff were all extremely helpful. The room service was immaculate. The hotel is situated conveniently at the heart of the city. Highly recommend!

It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and is conveniently located near the Joonseong Department Store and Old Town.
The staff was always courteous and communicated with us using a translation app, even when we could not speak Chinese.
The two-story room was safe and secure for children. I would recommend this hotel in Kunming.
