Home Inn Plus (Kunming Cuihu) Reviews

Room and location was good. Except that the room smelled bad when I first entered - there’s an ashtray in the room so I presume is a smoking room. Requested for a non-smoking room at the front desk, but the receptionist said that they have it, but even so he cannot guarantee that others wouldn’t smoke. I clearly saw in the elevator that they have a floor labelled non smoking rooms - so was he trying to say that even non smoking rooms will smell like cigarettes? It would seem that he didn’t want me to change rooms. Also attached is a photo of what looks like a camera above the TV. Creepy much… just make sure that you cover it up with something.

Staff are friendly, very accommodating. Good coffee at the reception. Will go back to stay

Took advantage of the downtown location. It was great. Service top notch. Bed comfort cannot be beat.Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

We really like this hotel and felt it was a good deal. It’s also pretty close to the metro station maybe too long blocks away. It looks very modern and high-end. And it’s only about two blocks to the lake front.  Breakfast was good but not great. negative is that all of the coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries up the hill about four long blocks.  there are also some restaurants near the lakefront, but we found that those were really crowded and really expensive and kind of tourist crisis. You are much more happy with the restaurants up near the coffee shops near the Orange hotel.

A great location only minutes walk from PanJiaWan metro station. Hotel was very clean and we were given a free gift on arrival.

This is great hotel - in an excellent location in Kunming. Just a few minutes walk from Cuihu Lake, where all the snazzy cafes, bars and restaurants are - perfect if you’re a tourist with just a few days. The hotel is also just 10 minutes walk from Panjawan Second Hand Market which we loved - lots of opportunities for treasure hunting! The staff were super kind and helpful. Make sure to ask for a non smoking room if you don’t smoke - ours smelled strongly of smoke but we immediately informed the front desk and they gave us a different room. Would definitely stay here again!

I really like the style of this hotel. It is more business-like and comfortable. You can feel a different atmosphere from the moment you enter the door. The service is warm, the room is clean, and the breakfast is rich. After dinner in the evening, there is dessert and Tremella porridge. I am very satisfied with the trip and it is worth recommending 👍👍👍

The location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, close to the hospital and the shopping mall, and it is not noisy when sleeping at night. It is not a small hotel with only one floor. I stayed in Rujia because of this, and it is guaranteed. The front desk service is very good, which makes me feel at home. During my stay, I saw that the front desk was full of energy and smiling. The equipment in the room is very complete, the room is clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation effect is also good. The front desk will solve the problems encountered during the stay immediately. There is also a free laundry room on the second floor, which is very convenient during the trip. There is a dryer that can be dried after washing. I saw that there is also a buffet breakfast here with a full range of dishes. This stay experience is very good and I will continue to come. Recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to tourist attractions, the rooms are clean and tidy, the price is reasonable, the service of the beautiful girl at the front desk is enthusiastic, and you can make Yunnan small-grain coffee for free, which is satisfactory.

The room is clean, hygienic and quiet. The front desk service is warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich. It is close to Green Lake and can be walked. You can also check out late and store your luggage conveniently.
