在昆明旅遊，考慮到民宿通常三層沒電梯，又不好意思讓別人幫忙拿行李，就在市區選了有電梯的。140元的價位並不是非常便宜，想着應該還差不多吧。沒想到，首先停車場及其隱祕，打電話問前台，説需要導航農業銀行才能找到入口，讓保持通話暢通便於指導方向，將車子開到地庫的地下三層，發現真的如前台説的每下一層都要倒兩把，這個地庫還設計的有意思，都是S彎，下去以後也是迷宮。不建議自駕人士選擇此。前台是一位中年男士，特別不情願回答問題，我估計他當時心情不好吧。晚上八點多回到房間，每當有其他住客回房關門的聲音都像是用大鎚砸牆，我就納悶。直到後半夜再次被巨大聲音嚇醒，睡意全無，下去一看終於明白原因，見圖六，房門實在太簡陋了，難怪不隔音。門四周那麼大縫隙且門板薄，房間不用開燈也不會漆黑一片。並且窗簾的遮光也不好。另外圖四能看出是一米八的床嗎？從整體看，也看不出啥品質。圖五是用濕巾擦桌子的痕跡。經常在攜程定房，從未如此不滿意

優點：酒店停車方便，樓下有711，各種水果超市，夜市及小吃。
缺點：房間窗户外面就是公路夜晚睡覺稍微有點吵，榻榻米的床墊太軟了……睡一晚起來腰痛，建議換一個軟硬適中的床墊。

盆友自駕遊看海鷗，提前和酒店溝通，加微信後會將停車場🅿️導航發過來的，這樣就很方便找到酒店啦，平時多次進出停車費3.3折，還是很便宜 ，夜間貴些給了免費。退房也是微信溝通，退按金等。很方便。不提前溝通是有些難找的。

老闆熱情耐心有愛心❤️，停車方便還免費，房間大舒適安靜，隔音效果不錯，洗澡方便，還有個大衣鏡。出行方便，配備齊全，老闆怕長者滑倒，專門暖心的送了兩雙新防滑拖鞋上來，超級棒的居住體驗，對狗狗非常友好，下回來昆明定點居住。房間裏面忘記拍照片了😊

衞生特別差，千萬別住，浴缸邊上居然還有人體的毛毛都沒打掃乾淨，簡直太噁心了，泡澡袋還要收錢，你自己打掃不乾淨還不能免費讓客人用，還要出錢買個乾淨我真服了，一點都不像酒店的品質，就像民宿，地址也特別偏，找了半個小時才停好個車，我是會員可以享延遲退房，大早上十二點一點就來催退房，本來來的就很晚半夜了，困死的大早上來敲門打電話，體驗感太差，那個門也是，居然還有縫，外面的光都能透進來，我第一次見這樣的酒店，不是大晚上實在找不到酒店住了，根本不會選擇這個酒店
