房間很一般，有點小。
衞生也很一般，但有乾濕分離。
馬路對面就是大學，交通還是不錯，離昆明南站很近。
去程是乘坐酒店的免費車，説是免費車，其實是幾家酒店的乘客一起拼的車，滿了再走。
從出站找到車到上車，估計得花上30分鐘乃至更久。
離開時，我叫了的士，沒去等了。
如果是趕時間趕車，將就一晚，那就住吧，別報大的期望。

房間設施可以滿足基本需要，可以看見街景，如圖示，裝修風格是我喜歡的，距昆明南站很近，還有免費接送站服務，很貼心。

附近吃的東西挺多，還挺方便，離昆明南站近提供免費接送服務，房間的隔音效果一般，早上被樓下汽車的喇叭聲吵醒，枕頭太高不是很舒適。

酒店環境不錯，性價比很高，位置離南站比較近，也就不到3公里，酒店外面就是美食街，什麼吃的都有，並且關店時間也很晚

早上五點能被外面的推車輪子聲吵醒，隔音效果不好。設施很簡單，將就着住吧。接送這一塊還行，拼搭車，各酒店一起接送，感覺怪，讓我回到自己學生時代的感覺，坐麪包小黑車。如果是為了方便去火車南站，然後睡眠質量又特別好，雷打不醒的那種，可以忽略我所提的內容，可以入住，樓下吃的很方便。如果是生活質量要求高的，建議還是選高檔一點的。
