First of all, I want to say that the overall hotel is not bad. We specially chose a newly opened hotel. It is very clean, hygienic and comfortable. However, the most incomprehensible thing is that we booked a suite and were told to upgrade to a family room for free. However, the child's bed in the family room was not next to the big bed. The room was also at the elevator entrance. We clearly told the customer service that we didn't want to be near the elevator. The child's bed was in a separate cubicle, so the child was afraid to sleep on it. Moreover, it was not a bed but a mattress. It was very hard and uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep on it. It was a useless family room. The upstairs was also very noisy. I talked to the front desk and thought it was solved. It was quiet for a while, and when I went to sleep, it was still noisy after 12 o'clock. I was not very satisfied with it. After all, it is not in the city center and the house price is not low. I was not very satisfied with the experience.
