I have been to Kunming many times. The front desk service of this hotel is very good, the facilities are complete, the hotel is clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the pillows are of the right height and are very comfortable. 酒店滿新的，很乾凈，也可以停車，衹是停放24小時就需要開出去再進來，我們是連住三晚的、有些折騰。
前台，各樓層、早餐部的服務員都蠻熱心的，印象都很好，衹是建議洗衣機換個好一點的，烘乾機有點問題一天都沒把洗衣服洗好、晚上了前台的小姐姐很貼心的去幫我調試，並且還把烘乾好的衣服送到房間，很暖心🥰
酒店樓下吃飯很方便，便利店，水果店、麪包房都有、自駕遊推薦👍對狗狗也有好，附近還可以遛狗，很方便。

酒店前台小姐姐温柔可愛。一踏入房間，就能感受到那撲面而來的温馨與舒適。房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，每一處空間都被充分利用，絲毫沒有侷促之感。床鋪柔軟舒適，彷彿躺在雲朵之上，讓人一沾枕頭就能進入甜美的夢鄉。房間的裝飾簡約而不失優雅，色調柔和，給人一種寧靜祥和的氛圍。窗户寬敞通透，採光極佳，陽光灑進來，讓整個房間都充滿了温暖。房間的隔音效果也非常出色，關上門窗，彷彿將外界的喧囂完全隔絕，營造出一個靜謐的私人空間。而且，房間內的設施一應俱全，無論是空調、電視還是洗浴設備，都品質上乘，使用起來方便又順心。

這次入佳[紅雲酒店〕，整體感受非常好。
房房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓我在旅途勞頓後能迅速放鬆身心，睡個好覺。房問設施齊全，從衞浴用品到電器設備，都能感受到酒店的用心，一切都佈置得恰到好處，使用起來很方便。
酒店的位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，無論是去附近的景點還是商業中心，都能輕鬆抵達，節省了不少時間和精力。
雖然沒有提供早餐和晚餐，但前台工作人員非常熱情，主動給我推薦了周邊許多美食店鋪，讓我品嚐到了當地的特色風味，也算是一種別樣的體驗。
