Although the website says there is a room smart system, it actually does not. The counter said that Xiao Ai can turn the TV on and off, but I didn't see it being used. Then the TV is just about watching live TV. There is no replay function either. But luckily I have a mobile phone to project the screen. It's different from what they said. I booked a non-smoking room but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked if I could change rooms and was told that I couldn't change the room because the room had been moved and I could only turn on the air freshener. Fortunately, the staff responded quickly to my questions. Although my simple request to change to a non-smoking room was rejected (in my opinion, I booked a non-smoking room and they should have given me a non-smoking room).
