The location is great if you need to take a train the following day. Kunming train station is 500 meters away from the homestay, we literally just had to cross the street to get there. That was very good since we had to get on a train early in the morning. The owner of the homestay was really kind and helpful. She helped us storage some medicine in her refrigerator. We are very thankful to her for her attentiveness. The room was comfortable and it had everything we needed for one night's stay. However, it is a bit small for four people. But if you are traveling alone or as a couple, the room is just the perfect size.

The place was actually very convenient really close to the train station and at a very good location as well as the price was pretty reasonable. The customer service was good basically everything was pretty smooth & I liked it tho I just stayed a night coz I had to catch an early morning train 🤗

Had a great stay here although for a few hours. Host is veryy attentive & friendly. Location is near to Kunming train station, ~5mins walk. If you plan to take speed train the next day, consider staying here. Our flight back to Malaysia is at midnight & host willing to let us drop our baggage at her house before our flight & we can stroll around Kunming city. Thank youuu! Love, From Malaysia
