Everything was cleared away. The service attitude at the front desk of the hotel was very good. They were warm and thoughtful. First, the parking lot indicates to the mall, but the mall elevator cannot reach the hotel, so you have to drag your suitcase around to find the front desk entrance. Second, the attitudes of the front desk staff are worse than one another, especially the one wearing a red tie. The hotel informed me that the parking lot gate was under repair or something when I checked out the next day, and I couldn’t enter the license plate, and they didn’t give me a solution. Finally, I asked the front desk for a business card and they still charged me 50 yuan for parking. Third, I have to say that the sanitation quality of this hotel is very high, and I seriously doubt the authenticity of the good reviews. Can such a sanitation environment be used? This hair dryer can be used, but the cleaning staff who rolled up the hair dryer and put it in a bag is a **? I asked the hotel if they had any extra hair dryers to borrow, but they refused decisively. In short, they didn’t have anything. To sum up, although the price is only three or four hundred, I don’t expect any service, and the sanitation is really unacceptable. It’s a garbage hotel and I won’t stay there again. Kunming hotels are always on the blacklist.

The facilities and equipment are complete, light luxury style, well maintained, full floor-to-ceiling bay windows, Xiaodu controls TV, lighting, air conditioning, thick carpet, comfortable, good soundproofing in the room, rich breakfast, the front desk staff has a good attitude, actively responds and guides to explain the dining time and place, I will stay here next time😄
