The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. They provide free transfer which was good. On arrival at Kunming airport, the lady at the customer service counter helped us call the hotel using her mobile. She told us to walk out of the airport and wait near the open space car park. The van came promptly to pick us up. The driver brought us to another partner hotel as he claimed our hotel was full. The room was huge and clean. Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay here. We were dropped off to the airport metro station the next morning.

Arrived at around midnight at Kunming Airport. The driver sent me an SMS with photos to let me know the pick-up spot. It's very detailed and clear! The journey to the hotel was fantastic! There is no lift, so I packed some essentials and left my big suitcase on the ground floor. After check out, I joined the free drop-off bus to the metro station! What a pleasant stay! Thank you ♥️

I arrived at the hotel at 3-4am only to find that the staff couldn't speak English, which made communication difficult. I had to ask other people at the airport to call the hotel for me, because of the language barrier, after which the driver finally came to pick us up. Once at the hotel, I find that there was no lift, so you or the hotel workers had to carry my bags up the stairs. Additionally, checking out was quite impersonal, as I was simply instructed to leave my key card at the reception desk without any interaction.

Was there for a transit so it was just sleep and go. Couldn't tell much about what was in the area. Airport pick up was seamless (if you could speak Chinese).
Bed was soft and comfortable, blanket was thick enough for the cold weather. Room cleanliness could be better as I spotted hairs in the bathroom.

The free airport transfer is super convenient as they even cater to our midnight arrival. There is also free drop off at the subway station or airport the next morning which is a plus point too. The check in and out is very easy and hassle-free. The room is super big as there’s a single bed and a queen size bed . Toilet is equipped with smart toilet and there’s even a heater air vent as the weather in Kunming is quite cold during night time . Overall , a very enjoyable and comfortable experience 🥰

The hotel walls are very thin so you can hear everyone walking by. The cars that drive by are also noisy. The room’s heater did not heat up, so I shivered under the blankets all night. The reception is in a restaurant, and you walk through the restaurant to go upstairs to the rooms. The room itself was very clean and modern. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and well-organized but I wouldn’t stay again. There are cheaper and better suited hotels around the airport.

Only stay here if you have no other choice. It's quite dodgy and the staffs were smoking when checking us in. We had a hard time looking for the driver who the hotel said was going to pick us up. The room was ok. Not recommended at all.

Generally, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly/helpful. Although it is quite far from the city but it is very near to the airport. Suitable for those who want to catch early flights or arrive Kuming late. :)
