Kunming Fanye Hotel (Harmony Plaza)

The room type I stayed in was very strange. The decoration felt patchwork. There was still a drink spilled by the previous guest on the coffee table that was sticky and not wiped off. I wanted to take a shower, but the bathroom light fell off and hung in the air. It was unhygienic. There was a smell of urine in the room, and when I turned on the mobile phone light, there was urine stains on the toilet, and there were urine stains on the toilet seat🤢That means the last person didn't clean it after staying there, maybe they left the garbage there. I wanted to call the front desk but found that the bedside phone didn't work and was just a decoration. The experience was extremely poor. I originally chose the hotel because I saw that the hotel had just been renovated and the hygiene should be good.

This white toilet has turned yellow. I really don’t know how this toilet is cleaned.

I don’t want to say more, it makes me angry when I mention it, it’s rubbish to the extreme.

First of all, the front desk service was extremely unprofessional. I was lying on the sofa playing with my mobile phone. There were plastic bags for their shopping on the ground floor of the lobby. Then the sofa was dirty when I checked in, and there was garbage under the bed. It was too late and I didn’t take any photos.

If you feel uncomfortable after staying for a long time, it is better to stay in a chain hotel, which at least has a sense of service.

酒店外觀裝修都很簡約大氣，房間很大。周邊就是個大商圈，各式飯店應有盡有。出行的話打車方便，公交沒有嘗試。酒店衞生服務也很好。唯一的缺憾是淋浴房設計上有點問題，水容易漫出。基本比較滿意。

酒店位置很不錯，就在商場上面，房間視野也開闊，周圍都是居民區也很安靜，樓下就能買到伴手禮，就是酒店一進去有點腥味，不知道是打掃的問題還是啥
