衹能説一般 睡覺的區域是乾淨的 但是也衹有睡覺的區域是乾淨的 雖説並沒有使用除卧室之外的區域 比如廚房 但是廚房是第一眼就可以看見的臟 觀感非常差 而且其中一個卧室 一個浴巾直接堆在櫃子上
另外 住宿前經打電話溝通 告知可以停車 停車費10元 我們離開時付了22元（不到24小時）第二天早上九點多就有人發消息來問 “給離開了？” 我請問呢？敢情我360多塊定的房間 早上九點多就開始趕人了？

真不知道好評怎麼來的！最差的一次住宿，訂的是一套，給住的是另一套，電視也沒有，晚上休息了以後還來安裝電視，早上八點又發消息讓去看房間！都不能好好休息。衞生也很差！慎訂！！！

好久沒有遇到這麼乾淨舒適的民宿了。離地鐵站很近，特別方便。裝修家電都棒棒噠！看得出來房東很用心，我們住得很舒心，房東有問必答，樓下就有各種小吃，晚上還有燒烤，旁邊有個小學，大超市，衹是住得時間短了，孩子都不想回家了，如果有下次，還來她家住。路上還有漂亮的花，美麗的春城，值得我們在淡季花少的錢帶孩子來玩。整體來説真的很棒！

一住一個不吱聲，地下停車場到處都是一股尿騷味，停車庫指示牌迷的不行，老闆也是迷的，發了兩張圖我們就在地下停車場亂轉，最後在A8區停車區找到了A6區1棟的電梯，老闆説是沒有A6區1棟是A區6棟1單元，結果繞了一圈就是A6區1棟，樓道里還停放了電瓶車；服務基本沒有，微信問啥答啥，沒有WIFI，沒有空調不過昆明是真的涼快，房間隔音很差。陳述事實僅供參考，整體來説體驗感很差，非常不值。

下次來昆明，還要來住，離地鐵站走路8分鐘，重點小區環境不錯，進門後感覺回到家裡，出門難得有這樣的體驗，天氣不錯，冬日天藍藍的，陽光明媚
