This hotel is beyond imagination! The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bed is comfortable, and the service is thoughtful. The hotel is conveniently located and there are abundant dining and entertainment options around. It is especially worth mentioning that the front desk staff is warm and friendly, making people feel at home. Highly recommended to friends who need accommodation!

Value for money, modern 4-star hotel located in center location and near to metro station, it is just opposite MIXC Mall which is an upper class shopping mall. The room is comfortable and breakfast is wide variety and delicious. The hotel is also very child-friendly, they provided child's pillow, toothbrush, slipper and toys. The hotel staffs are helpful and provided great services to make our stay comfortable. There is also free tea-testing at the hotel lobby where the lady tea shop owner is friendly and served good tea. Will stay in this hotel again if go back to Kunming next time.

Convenient location if you're using the station. Quiet, comfy room. Nice touch that you receive a bag of snacks on arrival and, if you're leaving early in the morning as I was, a little bag of fruit and pastries. I don't speak Chinese, and the staff don't speak English, so it's hard work doing everything via translate apps. It says it has a restaurant, but it actually only provides breakfast. There are lots of little restaurants and convenience stores beside the hotel.
