The hotel has a good environment and a beautiful succulent garden. I took a lot of photos with my mother in the garden. The geographical location is excellent. The flower market is downstairs, which is super convenient. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. It provides great convenience for us tourists who come to the flower market for the first time. After buying flowers, the front desk also helps to pack them. Great! The room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in time. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It is a very satisfactory stay experience. When I left a piece of clothing when I left the store, the front desk lady contacted us in time and helped to send the express very enthusiastically. The quilt is soft and comfortable to sleep. Even the wooden stairs upstairs are cleaned. The boss's service attitude is good, and reminds you to go out and wipe the sun protection. The hotel has a high sense of service. When we arrived, the shuttle bus was full. The front desk arranged for a very charming sister from other departments to pick us up in her own car. She also introduced us to the surrounding attractions, which was very heartwarming. The room was upgraded for free and it was super big. The noodles and milk for breakfast in the hotel were very good, very good, and satisfying! ! !

We were a bit confused with the hotel name. It's called Wanderland Hotel. Thankfully the staff at South Ring Road metro station was very helpful. It was quite a distance for us to walk. Took us about 25mins as we had to drag our luggage. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay here very much. Staff was friendly and helped us with booking our 1st didi ride to Green Lake. We left our toothbrush charger at the airport hotel and the lady helped us contact the hotel and arranged the charger to be courier to us. Enjoyed the daily breakfast of mi xian and local breakfast items. Their flower tea is good too. No complaints on the hotel room. It was clean and didn't have cigarettes smell. The railway station is just behind this hotel. About 20mins walk or you can use didi. Very convenient. Only complaint was our room was facing the main road and one morning we were woken up by people talking on the street at wee hours. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.
