Before check-in, there is a phone call to inform the parking lot address, and after arriving at the store, hot tea is delivered and the room type is upgraded (although it was not informed at check-in, I found it after I moved in). But there are two suggestions: 1. Since good night oat milk is provided, it is recommended that guests who have not checked in at a certain time in the evening can contact to confirm whether the guests need to provide it, and reserve it in advance. 2. It is obvious that the guests have drunk alcohol before arriving at the store. It is recommended to be more discerning and prepare honey lemon tea for them directly, instead of standardized ordinary welcome hot tea. This detail should be the difference between Atour and other international chain hotels, but it is not done. Environment: Located opposite the popular Yuantong Temple, it is a good choice for those who love to burn incense. The upgraded room has a courtyard, and the environment is better. But the sound insulation is not good. At 6:30, the neighbor started to use water and open the courtyard door. The noise was very loud and I was woken up, which was very unpleasant. Facilities: The bedding is really very comfortable. The bed is large, with moderate hardness and softness. It is not too soft to cause deep sinking. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. There are many styles of pillows, the bedding fabric is firm and soft, and the skin feels good. The overall feeling is better than most international five-star hotels. This is a big thumbs up! The facilities in the room basically meet the requirements. It would be better if two cotton pads could be added to the care set. There is no parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is a big deduction. After parking the car, you have to drag your luggage for about four or five minutes, and you have to cross the road. It is very inconvenient, which is a big deduction, enough to cause you not to choose this hotel next time.

The environment is very good, and the distance from Kunming Station and Dianchi Lake is also moderate. The room was very intimate to prepare a variety of drinks and disposable toilet seats. When I went to see Haitang, the front desk lady helped us store our luggage and prepared water for us! The next stop is full of vitality!

I really can't find anything wrong with it. The guy at the front desk is handsome and provides good service. Parking is also very convenient and you can go out at any time. Good reviews, ten stars.

Room was clean and tidy. Not too big, but still comfortable to stay in. There are 2 sides to the room, 1 bed nearer to the first part of the room near the lobby door (Aircon ventilation does not blow towards this direction) and 2 beds nearer to the bathroom side of the room. The room's windows were later discovered to be strangely left ajar when we started detecting stench of cigarette smoke coming in from these windows. Potential guests,do take note to check for any ajar windows when you check into the room and close them promptly if you cannot withstand cig smoke like us. The stench stayed around at the side of the room with no aircon vent. Hotel staff, pls also do remember to close the windows after servicing / cleaning the rooms.

The room is clean and tidy, with no odor. You can see Dianchi Lake from the room. It's a great accommodation experience. The front desk service is very good. The price is not high. The breakfast is rich and varied. Great

Strategic location surrounding with convenient stores, SPA and restaurants & easy access to tourist spots. The front desks are very friendly and helpful. The staff called 沐寻 helped us upgraded our room to double deluxe family room for free. The bedroom is very clean with comfortable matteress and pillows. Its very value for money with wide choice of breakfast. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Good hotel with a large, comfortable room. Their concierge service is excellent. We wanted to ship back some shopping and engaged the concierge in the evening. In just one hour, our stuff was collected by the service provider and arrived in guangzhou the next day.
