I stayed in a twin room. The room was larger than I expected, and the windows were large so I could see the ocean from the room. The large public bath is not a hot spring, but it was nice to see the ocean from the window. I also took a morning bath, and in the morning I could see the sunrise and sunset from the window of the large public bath, so I enjoyed the best time. The food was quite filling, and the seafood shabu-shabu was delicious. I think the breakfast was average. You have to drive to convenience stores, so it's a good idea to buy what you need before checking in. There was a roadside station right next to the hotel, so I bought some souvenirs to take home. It's not too far from Oita Airport, so it's a good place to stay the night before or as a base for business.
