Della Resorts

Rooms are very old, there is no partition between shower area and toilet. Crème Della restaurant never serves you food at your room, if you call reception they will answer you atleast after 2 attempts. Worst experience of 5 star resort in my life. I had a worst experience at stay, food was good but other amenities are not at all up to the mark, and they need improve a lot. They have to seriously give importance for renovations .

Too good atmosphere and very good cleaning hotel workers are working very Are very good lonely for kids to play

If u want to relax through your weekend, this is the place to go. Rooms were clean and tidy with good view. Jacuzzi experience was good too. Amazing food quality across restaurants villa bistro esp the pizza, parsi dhaba and cafe 24. Breakfast spread is also huge.

Overall good experience. Room was spacious, hospitality was great. The sky dining experience was amazing.

multiple failures in the room, the door knob for bathroom was broken which they did a poor job of fixing as it broken again the same day house keeping failed to deliver condiments even after two times calls were made in 35 minutes...it's a small enough request. -- just to get the car, the wait time was 20 minutes. -- found a stapler pin in food during breakfast -- we had ordered and paid for extra bed, what was given was a floor mattress and not a folding bed all in all when you boast the property as five star and also charge accordingly then the above mistakes are grave and unacceptable

They had empty rooms, but they didn't allow us to check in early. We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning and got rooms at 13:30. Some people who had booking of 10 rooms came at 11:00 am and got their rooms within 15 mins. They prefer people who are making bulk bookings. I was even ready to pay them for early checkin but the answer I got was a simple no. There service was poor, they claim to be a 5 star hotel, but provide services like a 2 star at best. There standard reply was no it is not possible. Also this hotel is located at outskirts, so it is difficult to get cabs back to pune airport or mumbai airport as uber is banned in lonavla. I asked della to provide cabs, they quoted me 5000 plus taxes for sedan. While coming to the hotel uber charged me 1500rs and local vendors charge around 2500 for the same. While checking in they asked for 5000 per day as deposit which was very weird for a 5 star hotel. I stayed in novotel leela and ITC, no one asked us for the deposit. Also while checking out they charged service charge on the booking amount. I was not sure what it was for. And this was the hidden charge. No additional discounts are provided for the cafes and adventure activities conducted by the resort. People from outside the resort can also use this facilities for the same price. Suggestion: Book a room in other villas, or chains like rhythm which have cheaper rooms compared to della. And you can come to della resort for activities and tour by buying a pass, which is also needed for people staying in della. This will save your money and you can still enjoy the property and activities in della. After all this the property is beautiful, so do visit it, but don't stay in this property
