Some facilities at room not work such as lamp 2.The road to come this resort is very challenging the road is very very damage. Need to make sure that your car can handle it. Pick a right car. 3. Shower heater not so hot when you use it more than 15 minutes Overall my family and I are enjoy staying in this resort for 3 days 2 night. The weather at night is so cold and my parents room have a nicest view ever, the mount kinabalu when you open your eyes. It is a great experiance. If you are looking for a view didnt mind with all the cons above this resort might suitable for you. But if you would like perfect facilities room and etc didnt mind with view I advice totake another hotel for stay.

We stayed one night as part of a group tour. The room was basic, but noisy, with the noise from the room above penetrating down and a near constant gurgle of water through the bathroom pipes. The evening meal was very poor quality. Even the rice was dry and tasteless. The breakfast (American Breakfast) was cold and poorly cooked. These are the first poor meals we have had in 5 days in Malaysia. Glad it was only one night.
