Koala Bungalows

We stayed at the facility for 4 days. It was a really peaceful and quiet holiday for us. It is perfect for those who want to relax. It is a clean facility, the breakfast is good. There are options such as hotel and bar. The employees and the management were very polite and helpful in every way. It was a nice experience for us that we can come again with peace of mind. Thank you.

My holiday started with a complete fiasco. The hotel is a little different from the photos. We had made a reservation for a bungalow. When we settled in the bungalow, there were ants on the floor, in the shower and in the bed upstairs, which was a complete disappointment, and there were also hairs and fur around the bed. When we reported the ant problem to the hotel staff, they said it could be in nature and did their own pest control. When we went to bed later that night, we noticed that there were many more ants in the bed and bathroom. The hotel staff said they would do pest control and moved us to a standard room. The room they moved us to was also full of ants and was not clean. We wanted to check out in the morning, but we were charged the bungalow fee despite staying in a standard room. The remaining amount was refunded by ETS Tur. When I asked the hotel staff about the difference between the bungalow room and the standard room, they said they could not refund it because the payment was made through an agency. But the 110 TL portion of the meal I had in the evening was allocated to us. The price difference between the standard room and the Bungalow Room was at least 300-400 TL. The eggs and potatoes at breakfast were cold. I definitely do not recommend it, it is a complete disappointment!
